The moon shot is about as good as you can get without the assistance of a tripod and remote shutter release. For your other shots, try to shoot at different times of the day, get some other elements within the frame, such as a tree, to give a 3D effect, use the sun to get structure to your subjects by using side, back, or frontal lighting. Nice images.
