I don't have your answers but I would like to add another question. In a more traditional pano shot, you are on a tripod with each section of the picture taken with a stable non-moving camera. With this sweep style the camera is constantly moving. I was wondering about the image quality with this style of shooting. I guess it actually falls under your question about printing. So, are you happy printing shots from this mode of shooting?
