In the first shot, the exposure is nice but I would prefer focus closer to the lens, there's just a sharp halo around the dandelion, perhaps that's the look you were going for.
The other two shots look underexposed, producing some noise in the background. I would over-expose a bit and bring down exposure in the post process.
Here are some shots I did a few years ago with the SD14 and a cheap Carl Zeiss Jena 135mm f3.5 wide open.
