Why no warnings on booze?

Every pack of cigarettes I buy has a large ugly warning of how bad smoking is and includes a photo of either diseased lungs, teeth or bed ridden hospital patients.

Tobacco is a legal product in NA for adults.

Why does booze get a pass especially considering the havoc and misery that it causes in peoples lives every day due to drunks killing innocent people in auto accidents or even in our airplanes? What about alcoholism destroying lives and health? Why are there no warnings on every bottle of beer, wine or liquor like there is on tobacco packaging?
