In my opinion, Luminous-Landscape owner Michael Reichman, and celebrated studio photographer Jeff Schewe have made a series of video tutorials that are way better than any book you can find around. I've purchased every tutorial they have, and I often watch them every couple of months. They are several hours in length and guides you from beginners to advanced features. I think nobody can go wrong with them.

Anyone care to recommend a good book(s) on the use of Adobe Lightroom 4 ?

Please add. if you would, on why you think your suggestion(s) are good ones.
