OMD really match NEX APS-C sensor with 40% smaller size? Anyone have both?

I just read through their explanation. Fact is, at ISO 400, the OMD5 and the Nex 5N use 1/100, but the OMD has f6.3 and the 5N f8.

So IF dpreview sets lighting by external light meter in a very exact way, that means that the OMD is 1/2 stop less sensitive compared to the 5N. Visually, I would even go further claiming that the overall picture is slightly darker with the OMD, which might be reasonable by the Olympus designers to protect highlight clipping of their mor elimited sensor.

SInce the 7 is claimed to be slighty more sensitive than the 5N, that would have to be put on top.
