If the museum is one of those, mood lighting places neither camera will work, it will just be too dark with such slow lenses. Unless you can also take in a tripod. If the exhibits are well and brightly lit, then both cameras should work. The a57 has a slight edge in ISO performance and may do a little better, but if you stick a 35mm or 50mm f/1.8 on the a65 it would blow away the a57 with kit lens. If you can use a tripod, then dial down the ISO and use the a65. It also depends a bit on what you are going to do with the images, if you want the largest print possible the answer may be a little different than if you want some pictures for facebook.
