17-35/2.8 isn't working...

My main lens, the beloved 17-35/2.8 is broken. The aperture is not 'spring' closed anymore and it seems to not be able to focus correctly.

Here is my question: Does anyone have an idea of what type of money I am looking at to get it fixed? Are we taking like $100ish or more like $500~$700?
