Canon Pro9000 MK II Colour Adjustment

Several months ago I bought this printer, and have not successfully printed this photo. I'm using Canon DPP Print with detailed setting because I want to make the picture 8 X 10 printed on 8 1/2 X 11 paper - the plug-in printing wont do that.

Using Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy, I cannot make the print look like the display on my LCD screen. With no color adjustments, it comes out very purple. The best I've gotten is Cyan +40, Magenta -20, Intensity +20, and then the green is way too vivid.

The adjustment numbers seem extreme to me, but then I have nothing else to compare with.

I've set Color Correction to "ICM" and Input Profile to "Standard", Rendering Intent to "perceptual". but I've also tried variations of these.

Is there a way to do this with this printer?

Dave S.
