Upgrade from Canon D30 (10D, 20D, 30D, 40D?)

Hi,

I am thinking about upgrading from my Canon EOS D30. Because my financial possibilities are pretty bad, I was thinking to buy a Canon 10D/20D/30D/40D. What would You buy in my place? How I saw, the price is directly correlated with the version number (i.e. 40D is pricier than the 10D). For me is the MP number & ISO not important. The only thing what I find important is the dynamic range and image quality (I take normally landscape pictures, raw, hdri, infrared). Which modell would You buy?

I also have a G2, G7 and Sigma DP1. I am not happy with the quality. I find the EOS D30 much better. Here a sample photo:
