Actually, if you register your CCP, you can download a utility from X-Rite that allows you to turn profiles on and off.

What I'd really like to see, is the ability to have CCP profiles only show up for a particular shoot/folder. Let's say I have two shoots: A & B. I use a CCP on both shoots, import them into LR and make custom profiles for both shoots. I'd like custom profile A to be available when I'm editing shoot A and custom profile B to be available when I'm editing shoot B. Right now, if you create a profile from a shoot, it's available for all shoots. To avoid clutter, you have to turn them off when you're not using them. It would be nice if there was a switch that allowed the profile to be off/on across the library or on to a specific shoot/folder only.
