According to Victoria Bampton ( Adobe Lightroom 4 FAQ ), it depends on which version of ACR you have linked to PS CS5. I don't feel like posting a photocopy of the page (p. 481), but CS5 + ACR 6.6 may give you trouble with CA correction from LR4, ACR 6.7 won't. If that doesn't work for you, my apologies. Tell Victoria about it.

No I have just tested now and I have ACR 6.7 installed with PS CS5 and when I transfer the picture from LR4.1 RC2, the ca is no more corrected.
