Well if you want to complain about Nikon's service I will agree. After having two nightmare dealings with them this year. Out of 500 companies rated online I think Nikon ranks something like 430 in customer service which is substantially lower then its competition.

That said if you are a professional then you need to act like one. Professionals find ways to get things done that is why they are paid. I understand your situation may be difficult but blaming Nikon is not an acceptable. Blame has no place in a professional's vocabulary. Responsibility needs to be on the top.
