Wing Up or Wing Down?

Both very nice, putty no fish or food in the mouth. If I were the judge the wings up would get my vote. More flight like, more of the birds feathers along the neck and bottom visible with sharp detail and it fills the frame much better.
The reflection is cut in the wings down image that puts me off.
