That's a dirt-cheap price for an ILC! However, one has to look at what the GF3 is.

It is/was pretty much Panasonic's stripped down compact ILC. I have the GF2 (I don't think I've taken a picture or video it in at least 6 months), and the GF3 is a essentially a smaller, lighter GF2 with a new processor (faster AF), but with some features stripped out... it is intended solely for those moving up from a point and shoot, and is devoid of anything that even a semi-serious photographer may want (click wheel gone, EVF port gone, hotshoe gone...). It also has an old sensor (old even when the GF3 was introduced last year)

That being said, $314 is an awesome price for what it is (maybe my wife will want one, she hates using real cameras ). You could almost buy that kit for the lens alone and throw away the camera. But... I don't think it is in the K-01's class.
