My letter to B&H

Quick and responsive. I don't think 4 minutes is that bad for hold, especially given the delays from Nikon. I've returned things with no problem. Bought a D700 in December 2009, and they allowed me to exchange it for a D3S in late January 2010 (couldn't stand the banding). And both cameras arrived in 4 or 5 days, even though I was in Afghanistan. I give them high marks.
