The entire reason for existence of most mirror less systems is compactness. Constant max aperture zooms are usually of the larger variety, or have very short zoom ranges (i.e. the 7-14mm). There is talk of some f2.8 zooms coming out soon for m4/3, but they may or may not be constant. 4/3 has a history of doing fast variably aperture lenses like the 14-54 f2.8-3.5, etc.
