In reply to Robin Casady, May 17, 2012

Here is 3 different profiles, one is my "day light profile"

Adobe profiles are over satuerated and orange goes against red and blue colors go towards magenta.

I, too, find the Color Checker to be too saturated for my taste. If the QP Card produces a color-accurate, yet flatter image, I'm sold.

If anyone can get their hands on one and do a test between the Color Checker and QP Card, it would be really helpful.

Have you tried the ColorChecker Passport with Adobe's DNG Profile Editor?

I ordered the QPcard 203 book (shipped from Sweden yesterday), and have the ColorChecker Passport. I plan to compare the two with my D700 when the QPcard arrives. I'll do the same with a D800E when it arrives.
