well, as for the D3200 - you won't get the same image quality, of course.

usually I didn't need the extra reach of the crop factor, since I was pretty close to the animals and had good optics.

as for the "success rate" you've mentioned - naturally I only post the best photos. and I did take plenty of shots in each scene to make sure I won't miss a thing. 1:30 IMO is the success rate you are looking for in wildlife. at the end of the day I only need 1 or 2 frames from each scene, no more.
