It's because people don't want to learn to use Silkypix. I imagine most people who buy the Xpro-1 are already experienced with some sort of RAW processing software besides Silkypix. Why take the time to learn a new piece of software when it's only a matter of time before we have support from ACR and the likes. If you don't know the software already it's a lot harder to optimize your results. Not sure either way if Silkypix can deliver at the same level that ACR will, but I'm not willing to try either. I'm fine with waiting.

The Xpro-1 has RAW support, it just doesn't have everyone's preferred RAW support.
