Eye-Fi performance with Olympus PEN cameras

I have two cameras, one compact Sony TX10 and Olympus E-PM1, both are capable of transfer the photos via wireless. But the transfer speed and overall performance is much better with Sony than Olympus. with Sony I get photos in direct mode almost immediately, with Olympus I have to wait more than 30 seconds with same settings. Any idea?
