Kit lens replacement

I agree with many here that say it's hard to upgrade without spending significantly more money. I think the Sigma 17-50 2.8 OS may be a worthy "upgrade", and not too expensive, just because of the 2.8 aperture. But it depends on what you shoot, and you may miss the 51-105mm if you get rid of your kit lens.
