X100 optional 50mm framelines

The recent addition of 28mm framelines via firmware update made me think of the possibility of having other framelines added as options, like 50mm or 75mm, even though there is no other physical lens attached. It would function as a crop-line essentially, you would obviously take a resolution hit, but it would be useful to me as a guide to get the 50 or 75 equivalent "perspective". For most portrait work I wouldn't need the full 12mpx resolution, so I would easily take a hit in exchange for a quick and reliable perspective guide. This would be a clever and elegant way of leveraging the fixed lens design for additional functionality. Fuji if you're listening...
