The D800 and 5DIII. They are not that much better than their predecessors or the high end APS bodies (sensor technology again, and the seldom used category), but they're still $3500. That's a stack of change.

The D800/e is a game changer. The first FF camera that can compete with cameras like the Pentax 645 at a much lower price. From my perspective it is the APS-C DSLRs that are getting squeezed. Mirrorless models are equaling or coming close to them while the D800/e has widened the gap between between APS-C and FF quality.

I think there will be a sizable number of serious photographers who have two systems--FF and mirrorless. The E-M5 is a game changer, but its success also means that Oly will need to continue to innovate if it wants to succeed--Pany will release a high end camera soon and Canon will soon launch a full fledged assault. Interesting times that bode well for serious photographers.
