this is Tims resharpened version of yours, take a look

sharpened in LR 4.1 at the default setting of 25 so if you are seeing JPG sharpening artifacts you have some kind of super vision. Maybe you are mistaking the JPG artifacts that are occurring because it is a screen shot to a PNG and then converted to a JPG.
