Don, No. Any stutter you see is likely your computer or internet connection not keeping up with the streaming of the Vimeo video. It sometimes happens to me when I use wireless in the house. You can download the video (link on lower right of page) or Right Click and choose "Save As" to below link if you want to see it without any hiccups.

Rolling shutter is most easily seen when you pan the camera too fast, and verticals such as buildings appear to tilt, as if they were made of jello. You can see it here in this short example:

Nikon has done a pretty good job as the D800 has minimal rolling shutter. If you whip pan really fast, you can get a little, but in general use, the effect has been reduced significantly over previous generations of HDSLR cameras.
