Help?

I have been taking a look at which software program would be the best value as I have just returned to video shooting.

Cyberlink Power Director Ultra gets high marks but there aren't nearly as many authoritative resources(that I have found to this point) as there are available for camera equipment evaluations.

Adobe Premiere Elements is up there too, mostly behing Power Director Ultra.

I have found a digital download of the Cyberlink program for $39. Comparing that to a best price of $65 for the Elements Premiere and I am leaning towards Power Director Ultra.
