If you like to test it for demonstration you could switch into Movie mode, press OK to and chose Shutter priority (while staying in Movie mode). Then aim the camera around (from bright sky to dark corner) without pressing REC. Should be quite audible on the 45/1.8, hardly audible on the 12-50 and no idea how loud the other lenses are.

In stills modes you won't get Rattlesnaking unless the camera thinks it needs to switch over to it due to lighting conditions.
