EM-5 VS X-PRO-1 Based on Imaging resources Tests

I was quite surprised to see the difference in the jpg test shots between the EM-5 and the X-PRO-1. I then downloaded the EM-5 RAW shots at ISO200 and ISO3200 and processed them in LR-4.1 Below are the results:
