To each their own. The 20 is excellent, but IMO it isn't in the same league as the PL25 as far as bokeh is concerned. The 20 also hunts a lot more in low light than the 25. I also think the main reason you see so many videos with the 20 is because people want to shoot video in low light and the only lens they have that meets that need is the 20.

The only reason the 14 is so cheap is because it has been a kit lens for GF cameras and there are a significant number that were taken off the Panys to accommodate body only buyers. If you want to buy it new with a warranty it costs essentially the same as the 20. Thus, I don't think you can evaluate the relative merits of the two lenses based on the fact that it is possible to get the 14 without a warranty at a bargain price.
