Opinion on buying 10D

In the last few years I have been forced to sell all my camera equipment. I would like to get "back into it" but as cheaply as possible. I recently found a 10D with a grip, 2 batteries, book, cd, strap and less than 9000 shutter actuations for $135.00

Obviously this isn't to bad of a price. I am just wondering if I should wait and pay more for a newer camera or get the 10D and start taking photos. My favorite camera was a Nikon D2h at 4.1 mp. I was very satisfied with the output and seldom ever printed larger than 8x10. Any constructive advice would be appreciated.
