I use a Olympus Zuiko 50mm f3.5 Macro. It goes 1:2. With a 25mm extension tube it is 1:1. It is a more compact alternative to the Nikkors. This lens is very sharp.

Olympus also made a wonderful 50mm f2. It is larger and heavier than the f3.5 and takes 55mm filters instead of the f3.5's 49mm.

These are very inexpensive and very high quality. Try KEH.

You will then need an OM to Leica M adapter.

Kipon, Rayqual, and Novometrix adapters work well and have perfect fit and allow proper focus. I have an RJ, and it will focus past infinity.
