There's two old cemetaries by teh World Trade Center, Trinity Church and St. Paul's Chapel. Trinity Church has a lot of notable headstones/monuments such as Alexander Hamilton and John Jacob Astor. No skyline view but Calvary Hill as others have mentioned has those views.
