Decisions: Nex5n or EP3

After been to a few shops (at least 5) all dissuade me from getting the 5N, stating choice of lens is less, no dial mode, no hotshoe, no touch screen shutter....
1 salesman even showed me his EP3 shots taken during his holidays...
Anyone can just briefly give me some views on this, thanks.
