HX20 -- what's the verdict? Seems sluggish in the store.

Hello all. I am looking for a replacement for my HX5. The HX20 seems to fit the bill, but I'm worried about all the megapixels crammed onto a small sensor. Also, I tested the camera at the Sony Store yesterday, and it seems a little sluggish.

Has anyone used the camera? What do you think? Is it speedy enough? Would I be better off with something like the Canon SX260?
