Need a good photo editing laptop! Pre-configured!

In another thread I wrote about the bummer of a laptop i got from HP, the Envy 17. I was very excited about it, but it fails to run. I ordered it weeks before I was needing it for an upcoming fine art workshop i am attending. I needed a new computer, the workshop just forced me to take action and get a laptop this time.

So, I need a recommendation for a good photo editing laptop that I can order pre-configured because there isn't time to customize it.

I want to get a laptop that will last me a while, handle the large file sizes that will only get worse each month/year!

Suggestions? Price up to 1600!
