If only it was that simple. I ordered weeks before I needed, next weekend. There is no way they could get me a replacement in time. I have been needing a new computer, but the impetus for getting it now and getting a laptop was for a fine art photography workshop I am doing next weekend.

It appears the computer is toast...no recovery has been possible. Will be sending it back.
