Some interesting comments that did not come out in any of the professional reviews. It seems that some of the features I really liked on my GH2, are either gone or harder to activate. I especially liked the C1,C2, C3 selections. I'm surprised the E-M5 doesn't have this. I also REALLY liked the external selection of burst mode and focus modes. It beats going into the menu and jerking around with that for many seconds.

You don't need to dig into menus for can assign that to any of the customizable function buttons. I, for instance, have assigned burst mode (single, burst high, burst low, 12 sec timer, 2 sec timer) to the down arrow button, so I get to it very fast. I also have assigned ISO to my right arrow.

For the other major functions, you can easily change them by allowing the super control panel in live view, so that hitting OK brings it up. You can then tap on the setting you want to change and move the front dial to change. It's actually pretty quick.

When you DO need to dive into menus, though, it's a royal pain because there are SO many options and they're not organized or named all that well.

I'm starting to understand, and it sounds like a system for setting your favorite features is very easy. Frankly, you post was somewhat of a relief,....and was easy for this old guy to understand! Thanks.
