Bought mine in Singapore. Came also with the printed manual.
But USA buyers, be happy that retail prices are probably lowest for you !

There are other differences as well in Asia, eg. you have the "dual kit lens" package, ie. body + 14-42mm + 40-150mm. I went for that one (many reviews are quite negative about the 12-50mm, and positive about the latest version of the 14-42 (II R).
