Even if "lite" and in a "not-quite-professional" body as one Olympus spokesperson took some trouble to term and differentiate the OM-D (from "upcoming" pro offerings.

But this is a preference, not a must, because of where I live and how I tend to shoot. The main point is - completely agree- for Olympus to get some significantly upgraded dslr level bodies and lenses out... that are fully 4:3 compatible .
