Panasonic Lumix GX1 or Canon 600D for low light photography

Generally large sensor cameras beat smaller sensor cameras, leaning to a DSLR having the better performance.

However, you might be able to combat this with a different lens combinations (faster lenses).

Is there a clear winner? No. The DSLR (600D) would be favored however.
