This is more or less the first usable answer. Thanks!
Normally I edit my pictures at evening or night, with a desk lamp (with - again - a D65-, full spectrum fluorescent lamp) in the near of the monitor. In front and besides of the monitor/behind my back there is no lighting.
The Spyder calibration software provides the measurement of the ambient light every minute, but I do not like the sensor always plugged in.
