Rokinon/Samyang/etc. build quality

I have the 85mm, 1.4 Bell & Howell (Samyang) which is idendical to the other's such as Rokinon, Bower, etc. The built quality is very good, quite solid, smooth focusing (nothing like a leica or voigtlander) and excellent optical performance, especially for the price. I have been using mine with my A850. I am not sure why anyone would quality this lens as cheaply built.

My lens only differs in that instead of having gold ring around the front focusing ring, the ring is red. All of the pictures of this lens (Bell & Howell) that I have seen on the web have gold rings just like the others made by Samyang (Bower, Rokinon, etc).

Anyone else have this lens with a red ring?
