And that seems to be illegal.

A case close to your own home should prove that...when a photographer made a similar photo to the infamous B&W shot with the RED transit bus on the bridge in front of parliment in London.

I know of the case you are talking about . . .

Copying that Bacardi shot down to the detail of having all the drops in the same location would seem to be illegal (assuming one could even get the drops to behave so nicely ).

Everyone is assuming that the Entrant didn't take the pictures (it's PPed isn't it ?) . . . no body has offered any proof that the Entrant didn't . . . I though innocence was assumed until guilt was proven or admitted ?

Yes, I was assuming the entrant didn't take the photo. While I will allow for the slight chance that I am wrong, somehow I just don't think the person who has sold a photo to Bacardi would be spending his/er time submitting that same photo to a "meaningless" ( ) challenge on DPR.

Shouldn't the Host have asked the Entrant about the source of the image prior to DQ ?

I am vocal about CHEATs, I call for them to be banned . . . but I have to be balanced and do the same for people who are DQed unfairly . . . when the Entrant admits cheating or it is proven then BAN him . . . until then we must assume innocence.

So what are your grounds for DQ ?
