Foggy/unclear files from the OM-D

I just received my E-M5 yesterday, and so i was happy to go out shooting with it today. It was a lovely experience, the camera felt very responsive.

I shot in A,P and S. All of the shots are Jpegs in natural. I changed the noise reduction following DP's recommendation. (turning it off)

But when i got home and looked at the files they seemed to all have a sort of "foggy" look. In some of them it seems that there are some kind of halo surrounding objects. Look at the shot of the girl in the wheelbarrow. The line of the tree trunk just below her is surrounded by a halo.

I then took some test shots using the 25 mm panasonic instead of the 45 mm, but my shots still seem to be somewhat foggy. - Thats the shot of the plant and the LP's.

I use UV filters on both cameras

Has anyone tried anything like this? Or know any plausible explanations? Please help!

Klaus
