Steve, I originally installed all my plug-ins in CS6 beta using the proper installers, when removing CS6 beta I selected the option to keep preferences. When CS6 final was installed all plug-ins were in place and working. I have not had a great deal of success in the past simply copying to the new plug-ins directory, I think this is OK for simple plug-ins but complex ones generally install various support files often in odd locations.
