OK, but this example is about that the submitted photo is crappy. No one gives a high score to it.

Kids do not protest or put you in your place like a stranger would if you took his photo. IMO, It's the easy way out! A selling out.

Right, that is why those kind of photos are usually no-go IMO.

However you never know the exact situation and how that photo was made. There can be several exceptions to the no-go rule.

The adult "stranger" might be a model as well and the whole scene might be arranged. We never know that either. Or the photo is shot unnoticed with a telezoom lens.
