My concern was resolution and maybe this wasn't the best subject matter for that. The subject matter was typical of one genre of photographs that I find myself taking and so I was interested in seeing the differences I would see in my type of shooting. But thanks to the great responses to the original post and the things I am learning I am starting to see the results that I was expecting. Prior to ordering the camera I had read posts referring to the stringency that it requires to get the desired images out of it but until I had it in my hands I fully appreciate how much more I needed to know. But this is how I like to learn. Diving in with this type of investment forces me to become better and I am happy that I did.
