Moscow City

At some point, Russian officials decided that Moscow needs skyscrapers too. Just like everybody else. In a typical Russian style, it had been ordered to build them all at once. What is really amazing, though, money appropriated for the project had not been stolen, and four years later Moscow City is actually ready for business. Things do change, I guess...
