How is the D200 for indoor macro shots?

My girlfriend has a D200. I bought her a new macro lens for taking pictures at her medical clinic.

I am worried that her D200 will either have 1) too few MP or 2) bad high ISO performance.

I am assuming she will need to use a moderately high ISO (400-800+) to get proper shutter speed in doors.

Might the D200 suffice? How would it compare to a new D3200 or maybe even a used D3100 or D5100?
